Bookings

Appointments can be made over the telephone, email, or social media. However, no appointment is confirmed until a £30 deposit has been received. Payments can be made to the following account:

Cancellation

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than the required notice, or in the event of a no-show, the client will lose any deposit paid and the full appointment fee will be charged.

 

Health conditions

It is the client’s responsibility to notify me of any health conditions which may affect the treatment at the consultation, or prior to the appointment.

 

Confidentiality

Sarah Chadda holds all client records securely. All information, including conversations between the client and I, will be kept confidential unless the client agrees to discuss something with a third party. The only reason for breaking confidentiality would be if there is a threat to life, or if I was liable to civil or criminal court proceeding for not disclosing the information. All information recorded and held is solely for the purpose of maintaining effective treatment.

 

Results

Results from colonic hydrotherapy treatment cannot be guaranteed. From time to time, I may suggest that clients will benefit from additional or alternative treatments, but this will never be recommended to anyone who does not require it.
